Bowen was developed in Australia by the late Tom Bowen and is now successfully practised throughout the world.
Moves on muscle and connective tissue are used to balance the body and allow it to heal itself. These movements are very gentle and can be performed through light clothing.
Different sequences of moves over various parts of the body are used to treat all manner of conditions.
During the treatment, frequent pauses between each series of moves gives the body time to benefit from them.
